Apple Pie Granola

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats // 1/2 cup raw quinoa (or moe oats) // 1 cup walnut halves // 1/4 cup sunflower seeds // 1/4 cup pepitas // 1/4 cup sesame seeds // 1/4 cup coconut sugar // 1 tsp cinnamon // 1/2 tsp salt // 1/2 cup homemade unsweetened applesauce // 1 tbsp agave // 1/3 cup sultanas

Method:
Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Mix oats, quinoa, nuts, seeds, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a large bowl. In a saucepan, mix the applesauce and agave over low heat. Pour into oat mixture and stir well to combine. Pour onto lined baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. When 40 minutes is over, stir the sultanas in and leave to cool.
